Pros

- My direct peers were great to work with

Cons

- Upper management is resistant to change/new ideas - Employees are not encouraged to question or present new ideas - Not lenient on letting employees work from home if needed - Not encouraging of work-life balance - No great leadership from management to grow and nurture employees - Employees who have been there for more than 10 years and have become complacent. There are no new, fresh ideas - Tends to be a lot of drama in the office - Rumors of inter-office relations (these people are already married and have kids) - we are supposed to be helping companies with improving their brand/culture but we don't do that here. we have a broken culture

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback! We strive to build a positive culture with more flexibility in the last few years. We have implemented a work from home policy which has been very successful, along with offering a very generous paid time off policy. These changes have been a direct result of the desire to partner and listen to our team to deliver a positive employee experience. We encourage and help with employee development with presentation and facilitation training along with supporting many employees through ongoing training.
