Restaurant takeover by new owners has been unpleasant, disrespectful and rude to existing staff members.

If you are Luke oil management you will be fine. All others are open and subject to rudeness and humiliation.
Cons
New owners lack expertise and management capabilities. Staff put in place here are inexperienced and turning away business.
