Pros

Free lunch for call center employees on Fridays. The people I worked with were mostly nice, but management was "above" us and concerned only with increasing their shady marketing.

Cons

Everything else. Seriously, it was terrible. We were judged on how many people we could talk out of returning products they didn't realize they ordered (opt-out marketing). super sleazy.

Desk. Great view of Center City. Access to various language programs.

Cons

Scam. Scam. Scam. Pending lawsuits against the company. Customers screaming at you from the beginning of the work day, until the end - because they've been scammed. High turnover. Poor management.
