Pros

- Cares about the culture for all employee including remote employees. - Encourages continuous learning and growth. - CEO very comfortable to talk to and to voice concerns. - Provides flexibility and work-life balance options. - Good benefits- unlimited vacation and paid commuter benefits.

Cons

- Prioritizes "culture" primarily for the sake of being recognized as a "Best Places to Work" rather than genuine employee well-being. - Encourages professional growth and learning, but without extra compensation. - CEO is receptive to feedback mainly during Happy Hour. - Offers unlimited vacation days, but often results in heavy workloads upon returning from time off.

Pros

None, typical of a start up, over hired, spent way too much and now stripping everything back

Cons

Rounds of layoffs, company seemed to change new direction every few months, very dysfunctional.
