      Pros

      Other non-management employees are nice, they plan a handful of team/corporate events annually but always on your days off, they offer a employee purchasing program.

      Cons

      They used to value their employees but no longer do. If you're looking for a job that values personal growth, collaboration, cross-departmental education, or a company that respects your personal time, they aren't the employer for you. Be prepared to be taken for granted, dismissed, and blamed. They care about one thing, and that's making money.
