Pros

They give us a lot of flexibility and trust us do out jobs. Good salary and benefits. I genuinely enjoy the people I work with and am happy to call them friends.

Cons

Must be able to work independently to be successful here.

Staff works hard to do their jobs. Staff gets along well.

Cons

Ownership does not know how to run company. Estimating has been detrimental to the projects. Ownership is more interested in being dishonest with their subs. Ownership does not support their field staff. Ownership try’s to have their employees spy on each other.
