Pros
Beyond executive management, people at this company are great. Business concept is great, but poorly executed.
Cons
This is simply a lifestyle company. Family-run, they are in it to maintain their lifestyle. Family members are given positions and promotions that they are not nearly qualified for and are not held to the same standard as other employees. Rank and file employees treated as if they are simply a means to an end. The owner rarely even says "good morning" to employees. New hires are misled on compensation potential and are poorly trained. Employees aren't trusted. Client retention is low. Owner is all-Minnesotan = passive aggressive.
