Pros

Honestly, there’s nothing positive I can say. If you received an offer from this company, you’re clearly qualified for far better consulting firms. Don’t settle—keep exploring other opportunities. This one isn’t worth your time.

Cons

The workers’ eyes look dead, and they seem scared of the CEO, like typical yes-men. It feels like an empire where you can’t do anything the CEO might dislike, or you’ll be immediately fired. There’s no sense of safety, day to day. I even saw one successful applicant who had their offer suddenly withdrawn because of the CEO’s personal impression, which I would say is all the more unfair.

Pros

Amazing team, very good management that spend some time to make you learn faster, the hours are ok for the industry, the work is demanding but in a good way, you are challenged and the day goes by super quickly, projects are with very interesting companies

Cons

No work from home, so if you do not live close to Soho it is complicated

Pros

- First thing you must know, this company feels very much in the autumn of its life, so do not expect a constant high pressure environment like other reviews would suggest. - The current senior employees are incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and a true delight to work with. - A number of them of are able to organise, run and complete projects on their own with very little oversight from the company brass - which speaks volumes for their ability. - I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and as long as you are confident, have a thick skin and a sharp tongue you will get along handsomely with most of the employees at this organisation. - With few exceptions, most employees are welcoming and as long as you provide work that is useful and productive or at the very least show an ability to learn from mistakes, there is little that can hold you back. - You will develop intimate knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and the charm and knowhow to extract information from people

Cons

- The company is very small nowadays, which isn't the biggest con in the world, but due to the aforementioned capability of most employees - you aren't needed unless you yourself are exceptional; which you are not going to be because you don't have 10-15 years of experience in providing strategic recommendations to industrial firms, - Though if you made it in to the organisation- rest assured that you are at least capable enough to become exceptional. - Unless you lied on your CV, then they will suss you out within a day or two at most, and expect to become a persona non grata. - No WFH, if you live outside London I HIGHLY recommend moving into London ASAP, otherwise the commute will be the worst part of the experience. - Salary is not magical and not much in the way of benefits. - If you are a sensitive character who cannot handle criticisms and cannot process simple instructions, don't come here. But then again, why are you getting into consulting if you expect to be coddled?
