Everybody will mention that they love the people aspect of the work. That’s only thing that is keeping everything running. Everyone is under the same struggle

Cons

Low pay for high in demand roles Non competitive per diem when compared to market Surveillance in trucks both road and cabin Extremely delayed concur reimbursement process Poor recognition Non-existent work life balance.
