      + Fully Remote + Try to have many online meet ups and events for team cohesion

      Cons

      - Micromanaging - Poor communication and frequent miscommunication - Advertise position at a lower level and with lower level pay than the role actually requires. But you'll be held to the more senior standard even though you're being paid far less and it wasn't what was advertised.
