The worst company I have come across in my life! They have no respect for their employees, clients or anything except making profit and exploiting clients. From the president to admin assistant are all liars and crooks! They tell the employees they are doing very well and give raises to employees yet continue to have lay offs. I seriously am starting to doubt if their CFO really knows how to balance books. One of the most incomptent IT people I have met here, in fact some of their employees actually complain about learning new technology - this is an IT field company.

President sends mixed signals and is a lot better in his mind then in reality. It's hard to focus when you are looking over your shoulder wondering if it could be your last day. Don't have the right people to deliver what we sell, the "fake it till you make" mentality has to go. It's hard to deliver when you lose or let go what seems like half of you company.
