In dealing with employee issues, we are aware of the perception that you mention under the ‘cons’ section. We address relevant issues with individual employees and those conversations are not shared throughout the firm for obvious reasons. If the issue may affect others in the firm, we also email other staff members as to avoid a recurrence of the issue.
