Pros

Clean, well-organized environment. Pleasant colleagues and generally good teamwork. Opportunity to learn about retail and customer service. Very friendly and professional managers except for meat and fish section.

Cons

Pay system in Meat and Fish Section is unfair and discriminatory based on older age of individuals. After working for several months, I realized that new employees, including those without experience, were being paid more than longer-serving consultants. When I tried to discuss this issue professionally, my manager reacted aggressively, raising their voice and accusing me of things that were completely inappropriate. It left me feeling undervalued and disrespected, especially since younger new hires seemed to receive better conditions without clear justification. Little recognition for experience or commitment, and limited career growth. An employee occasionally came to work intoxicated, which was noticed by customers and even mentioned in public reviews. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the department manager tried to cover it up by quietly sending the person home. This kind of management approach creates an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere for others who take their work seriously.
