Pros
Great team. Company provides exceptional benefits (they pay for insurance for my entire family). The management seems to really care about their employees. I feel like my contributions are recognized and valued.
Cons
The company is growing and communication has sometimes been lacking, but management is aware and is trying to get people to write things down and share.
