I was offered a new position at Steel Point for a new government contract and resigned from a senior role, which I had held for almost 5 years. While there’s always a risk inherent in switching jobs, there was no transparency concerning contingencies involved in accepting ( waiting on a contract and roles subject to termination by the prime in this case). Effectively this job lasted for about 6 days before it was terminated and I never really was able to start as a result. Highly recommend asking extensive questions and being very cautious about accepting offers to work at Steel Point.
