      Pros

      A lot of wonderful people to work with. Excellent customer service.

      Cons

      A company is only as strong as its management. Most executives are toxic, out of touch, and don't trust their employees. It is not surprising HR Managers are constantly resigning. Technology is not modernized and it can be difficult for employees to get the tools needed to do their jobs.
