- the HR was friends with the manager and was giving bogus evaluations, wrong ROE and claims without following HR practices. - lots of overtime with no extra pay - managers don't know what they have to manage and don't use proper project management tools - pushing extra responsibilities with no extra pay - Traffic Management wants you to miss-represent your hours so you don't get paid more

Cons

Terrible place to work. They have no HR so you can’t talk to anyone about issues. Extreme burnout from employees and no coverage so you can’t take vacation and sick days. Just a bad environment don’t work here. High turnover due to management never wanting to fill vacant spots and would prefer to instead dump loads of work on other employees. When you complain to management, they will do nothing about it and instead wait for u to quit and continue the cycle. If you’re considering working here take this as a sign to run.
