No clear progression and lots of nepotism - Consultant Starshot Employee Review

Glassdoor is an anonymous review site which offers a great chance for us to listen to constructive criticism or sometimes just take a few shots across the bow when things dont' work out. Whether you resigned or were terminated, I do hope you were given a chance to have your voice heard through a formal exit interview. Constructive feedback is incredibly valuable and it is a regular topic during management meetings. We make it a point to measure and monitor employee satisfaction as a basic KPI for the business. I can't say that much can be learned from your commentary beyond some falsehoods thrown from behind a veil of anonymity. If you didn't have a chance to get an exit interview, please reach out to me and I can definitely make this happen.
