      Sprinklr is the real deal and I can safely say that this is the best company I have ever worked at. - Career growth - Challenge - Supports personal journey - Cares about people - Passionate and driven co-workers - Leadership put people first - Cares about client success - Innovative

      Cons

      In the past there have been some growing pains, which can be expected at any hyper-growth tech startup. Leadership focused resources on improving the culture and direction of the company and definitely righted the ship.

      Sprinklr's SC org is very mature, with an incredible leadership team. Excellent place to learn SC craft

      Long work hours while remote since the team is so international and across time zones. Pros far outweigh the cons

      Pros

      Great onboarding experience during my first week with Sprinklr. Met so many people and everyone was friendly and approachable. There really is the 'all in it together' feeling and that everyone is aiming for the same goal - delighted customers. As a remote employee, it's even more important to build those strong relationships with my peers and there is a true feeling of collaboration amongst this ever expanding team. So far, so good!

      Cons

      The pace is incredible, just like the product. Not so much of a 'Con' but you have to dive right in and look to get up to speed as quickly as possible.

      - FAST paced conditions, exciting technology and genuine opportunities for the right people. ALL tech companies need to move quickly to keep up with the space they work in; don't evolve or change, you'll look round and realize you've been left behind. Looking for a 9-5 role? Can't stand the heat? Don't like to embrace change? This isn't the ride for you. - THE Customer Experience Management Platform: Customers who have experienced other' social media' software solutions and have the teams in place that are mature enough to appreciate what we are doing, understand why Sprinklr is the answer. The product team continue to expand and enhance the product. After several large acquisitions, of course it takes time to bring the technology into one unified platform. We are on the right track (all tracks have bumps) and we will continue to crush the competition for many years to come. - GREAT customers: We work with many of the world's largest companies across their marketing, advertising, research, care and commerce teams - and beyond. We help solve their problems in order for them to provide positive experiences for their customers. - Work/Life balance: Good pay and benefits. Work hard, play hard. If you're being micro-managed in your current role, ask yourself why that is? Can you look yourself in the eye at the end of EVERY day and say you've done the best you possibly could and have worked to the highest possible standards? If yes, you won't have anything to worry about.

      Cons

      - All companies that grow, especially those that have grown at the pace of Sprinklr, experience what is being felt right now. Change. The company does need to work harder at keeping the 'Sprinklr culture' alive. Easier said than done when a lot of the 'old school' have left and new teams are being built. It's down to the Execs & Senior Management to frequently communicate the good, bad and ugly - and remind us why we are here and the direction for us all to follow.

      Pros

      Sprinklr has a great product and the compensation was excellent. The sales training was the best I have received in my career.

      There was far too much turnover on the leadership team. I had five direct managers in less than three years.

      Pros

      - Company is clearly on the fast track to growth and go public - Opportunity to work with some cool brands - Good mentorship provided by Directors / VPs in the US - Total comp is pretty decent

      Cons

      Management in Bengaluru is comprised of a former club of Dell employees who then proceeded to fill all the middle management positions with folks from the the services industry - think places like KPMG, Cognizant, MuSigma etc. The problem with these people is that while they come with significant people management experience, they have next to no idea about how a SaaS based business runs. Associate Directors / Directors are more interested in redundancy of work by asking the CSMs to fill in spreadsheets, rather than actually learn some work for themselves. CSMs are overworked, and the management clearly doesn't care. Over the past year or so, close to a dozen CSMs have already left the team, and it has all coincided with the arrival of the current management.
