      Good product and workplace, poor middle-management

      Pros

      - Executive leadership is strong here and have done a great job of fostering a positive culture - The building/amenities/location are a major plus in terms of proximity to restaurants and free parking. Dry Bones Mud House Coffee is a huge plus. - Good tech stack for sales teams - Likeminded/driven co-workers - Decent benefits - Cool vision and product

      Cons

      - Poor base pay + commission plan in comparison to the other tech companies in the downtown Indy area - Disconnect between executive leadership's vision and their middle-management leader's execution. Outside of a couple of really good leaders on the AE/TSE teams, middle-management is very inexperienced and rely on micromanaging instead of coaching up their team members. Not likely to have a good conversation with you as a rep to help you grow. - Favoritism is felt here in terms of the unlimited PTO/work from home policy and comes with a hint of suspicion if/when allowed - Expectations of the job change regularly and there isn't a sense of process or a plan for doing so. Is a startup and some of it is understandable, but the transparency of why this happens when it does is terrible - Commissions paid out quarterly instead of monthly - Quotas increase based on little to no historical data - Attrition is awful and there is only 1 bad review on here after 7 years of existence. Interesting.
