      Lack of Management. Senior management expects so much from you and provide little to none guidance. Company is growing Too fast and expects everyone to be on the same page. No excuses allowed for any deliveries sent to stores that are shorted

      -Free food at any time. -Diversified staff, all ages welcome

      Cons

      -Lack of communication -Cares more about food and stores than your personal well being -Upper management is a mess -Hiring done without your knowledge -Company has zero respect for employees work/life balance -Very low pay, minimum wage, no raises given even if you work long time -Require you to do the impossible most weeks
