      Understaffed, no environment for proper ABA techniques, BCBA's were never present. Many of us former employees have reported this company to the proper authorities.

      Pros

      Flexible hours Some coworkers are like family…when they aren’t fist fighting in the parking lot or screaming at eachother in the hallways Work with children with disabilities

      Cons

      Always short staffed to a dangerous degree, it could be one staff with 15 clients Drama!!!!! Everyone is having sex and spreading gossip, ESPECIALLY managers and administration They abuse and neglect the children! But will never get shut down. Facility is old and disgusting You get hit, spit on, punched, scratched, bitten
