      Pros

      SLR is a friendly and beautiful environment, within which we get to do meaningful work. Work-life balance is a priority, benefits are good, food is delicious, and flexibility and teamwork are encouraged, making it feel like a true community. The Ranch adapts to employee interests and really invests in keeping people around.

      Cons

      Working in the mental health field requires strong boundaries and self-care.

      The staff are kind and authentic. I really love the culture and sense of community. Meals included. Supportive environment.

      Cons

      No cons in my opinion. But if you dislike the outdoors or snow, it wouldn’t be a fit for you.
