Pros
Great coworkers with the common goal of growing the company. Great products, whether its the ad network or the SaaS, with new products always coming. Lots of fun in the office with contest or team outings and pot lucks. Centrally located with a hybrid work schedule
Cons
like with any company, money can always be better.
