Pros

A few great people have come and gone.. Employees get to pretend they are some how part of the fashion industry. They operate at the lowest lowest standards in are industry filled with fake people trying to be something they are not.

Cons

I am not sure how a class action lawsuit against Illegal business practices has been created yet. Its amazing this titanic of unprofessionalism has not sunk. Its the only stepping stone that can set you back.

Pros

Staff is great to work with. Lot's of talent and admirable people.

Cons

Zero Motivation. Lack of respect for staff and contractors/freelance talent. Constantly filling up your plate, no benefits or bonuses or wage increase. One of the owner's in particular changes his mind on ideas and suggestions so frequently that you loose track of what he wants. Blames employees for company mishaps. Owners and upper management don't take any responsibility for their failure or errors. Always blame staff for their mistakes. Turnover is extremely high due to overworked employees.

No room to grow, no support, inexistent HR, upper management+HR have tendencies to ghost employees , no raise, low salary
