      Supportive peers, but toxic management creates insecurity

      Peers are helpful and work to keep a positive culture.

      Cons

      Mismanagement and gossip among HR and executive team lead to toxic work environment with nowhere to report genuine concerns to. Tone deaf executives and gossip create insecurity in work and additional stress, above and beyond already unrealistic expectations for some.
