Management is top-heavy, many brown-nosers, immature regulatory managers, inefficient change management system, unrealistic expectations with ALL projects being high priorities, approvel denied for continuing job-related education, & a high turn-over rate. The company calls its employees 'teammates' in the 'Spectranetics' family'. If this family fluff were to be true, would a parent disown his/her own child if s/he received a poor grade on one of his/her report cards? No, a decent parent would not... but the "Spectranetics' family" would for surely disown (aka dismiss) the relatively new "teammate" in the "Spectranetics' family" for non-conformance to being a brown-noser.

Management on every level. Sycophant culture of sucking up. No contact with reality (i.e. what's happening in the field). The corporate culture they purport value so much is nothing but hot air. Attract, hire, retain the best talent? Only if your talent is in saying yes, brown-nosing and sucking up. Management has no vision, they constantly are readjusting quarter to quarter, and they will absolutely sell you out to make themselves look good mostly because they have no idea of what they are doing. Avoid working here unless you have no other choice.
