Spectranetics interviews FAQs
Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
I applied online. I interviewed at Spectranetics (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
Recruiter screen, then hiring manager, then the team I would be part of. Very good process and even though the final interview was long with multiple people it was very helpful for me to get a clear understanding of what they were looking for. I want to compliment the team that drove this process with how quickly they pushed to a final decision. Even though I didn't get the position it was good to see this flourishing business, lots of opportunity within the position for the person hired into this role.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Spectranetics (Colorado Springs, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
Lack of direction, not sure they knew what they wanted. Several stops and starts as if they had trouble making a decision. The process was lengthy first the application, then a note for question screening to respond to, followed by a phone screening, followed by a one in person interview followed by a half day of multiple 1:1 interviews.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spectranetics (Kansas City, MO) in Aug 2016
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter, two face to face meetings with managers and final interview at HQ. All meetings were conversational. Management was helpful to answer any questions and also did a nice job balencing typical interview questions with interstering conversation.
