Pros
Parking lot is close to building, You don't have to walk far in bad weather.

This was the absolute best place to work when we were under the old management team who cared about everyone. THEN....the company was bought out by a private equity firm. The new CEO ran the company into the ground, The way they went about to fix things was to lay off a good majority of the manufacturing staff. There were workers who had over a decade of experience, and in a flash they were escorted out the door.... layed off without a chance to say goodbye to co-workers they worked with for YEARS. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is too much flux in motion for anything to be stable. They fired the CEO and are looking for another one. Who knows what that change will bring. Very, VERY sad what has become of this company.

Can't say much anymore about this company. Used to be a wonderful family company where employees were valuable and did their best for the company. Bought out by a private equity firm, they are in the process of gutting the manufacturing staff by almost 50%. Long time employees were let go because they made too much money. (management's spin on things was that "they were too inflexible"
Cons
You can be gone at a moments notice. Don't get comfortable here.
