Strict Company Culture, Low Pay

There are some cool people working there. The top leadership/Principal at the company is great. Cool company outings. Fun office atmosphere

Cons

Pay is on the lower side. Strict company policies. Example: anyone who shows up 10 minutes past 8am gets their names written up. Also, a group of women who work there have been known to openly say racist, xenophobic things. Lack of diversity within the company and industry as a whole. There were a few times when people at the company just quit on the spot. Also, they discriminated against this one woman who was a mother with children and it was really sad to see her be treated so badly.

Very laid back work atmosphere. Good work/life balance. Many of the non-management colleagues are great and work as as a team.

Cons

No room for career advancement. Senior members of the firm do not allow for growth from within. No incentives. Management has the "Me, myself & I" factor.
