Strict Company Culture, Low Pay - Receptionist Spector Group Employee Review

Pay is on the lower side. Strict company policies. Example: anyone who shows up 10 minutes past 8am gets their names written up. Also, a group of women who work there have been known to openly say racist, xenophobic things. Lack of diversity within the company and industry as a whole. There were a few times when people at the company just quit on the spot. Also, they discriminated against this one woman who was a mother with children and it was really sad to see her be treated so badly.
