Pros
Working with the helpdesk team is great. Some schedule flexibility Senior engineer was great.
Cons
Management. No benefits. Low Pay Hostile work atmosphere. High Turnover Maintenance is done after hours. If you are someone with a family plan on working evenings and weekends! CEO and CTO are not technical and are often aloof or completely absent from the picture. If they do work with the techs it is because a customer is upset. CEO is gone for weeks at a time.
