Work from home was possible
Cons
Because of the lack of a real office space, you feel disconnected from the team. The boss Suzanne turned out to be very cruel when I left, even withholding tax forms until the very last minute. Pay is very low.

Work from home. Supportive environment as part of a remote team. Good for someone who needs to work from home and doesn't have to worry about paying the bills.
Cons
Low pay. There is room to advance in position but not in salary.
