      Coworkers definitely all share the same experience

      Cons

      Extremely unorganized and promises they have no intention of keeping. You can make more in a clerical position somewhere else than you will make as a supervisor in the field here. Definitely not taking care of their employees

      Pros

      Management is very relaxed, willing to work with you and very forgiving. we play a lot at a company (boating, four-wheeling, flying in private planes, etc.) and you really only work 4-5 months a year, but get paid year around

      Cons

      since the work is seasonal - it is really hard to get a pay raise because you already get paid well. can't get a job during the off season because you have to be on call 24/7 (but will only get called on a few hours a week).
