      Pros

      I can’t say enough good things about this company, and I kick myself for leaving them. The team, and the culture here are absolutely world class. Everyone is insanely kind and helpful, but not in the ‘drink the koolaid or else’ way. They’re early stage and still learning, but the leadership here are open to new ideas and want to help every employee grow their career.

      Nothing at all, I seriously love everything about this company.

      Pros

      - amazing product (very innovative and makes you "feel good" to promote) - thoughtful leaders - exciting work environment - flexible work schedules (remote first!)

      Cons

      - typical startup environment (fast paced, always changing), which could be challenging for one to manage with work/life balance - benefits are not quite as robust yet (but management is always working to improve those)

      Pros

      The SparkPlug team is so supportive and amazing. Team goals are aligned, and it is evident in our daily collaboration and effort. Our communication keeps us all connected, so even though we work remotely, it doesn't feel like it. Our platform alone is revolutionary and another big reason I'm proud to be apart of this team.

      Cons

      literally.. none. i cannot think of one thing that makes me uneasy while working.
