      Pros

      There are some talented, motivated, creative employees. That's it.

      Cons

      Old facilities in a dark environment. All departments had bad relationships between them. Top management micromanages everyone and changes focus daily. As well as creates internal unhealthy competition. No room for creativeness. No execution abilities. Employees aren't being treated seriously. No communication, people don't know what we are doing and why.

      I understand that you did not have a positive experience in the short time that you were with the company. We moved to a new state of the art facility that is both bright and modern, with common areas that are spacious and fully equipped. We place a lot of emphasis on communication and encourage our employees to work together and even relax together in our open and airy cafeteria. Yes, our Managers expect high quality of work from their employees, however they are also highly involved and engaged with their teams to ensure the job gets done and we are all successful!

      There is nothing good to say about this company although some of the employees are nice but stuck in that awful environment

We have a strong and talented team working together at SpaceBridge to create new and innovative products and offer top-notch service to our customers. Our Management team works hard alongside their employees to ensure their team achieves their results. We at SpaceBridge believe that we are only as good as our employees and we can only achieve success if we work together!

      This place made flipping burgers at Mcdonald’s more appealing

      Pros

      Nothing at all, do yourself a favor and dont apply here. I also saw the reviews and said “how bad can it be” it was worse than imagined.

      Cons

      Every single thing. From toxic managers to verbal harrasment to incompetent hr to nepotism to bullying to ageism to sexism. I could go on for hours about how this was the most toxic work place I have ever worked at. I still have nightmares about it.
