This company will present itself to you as being very "Work-Life" balance-centered and team-focused. It is not. It is managed by a bunch of gas-lighters that blame employees for everything. They ignore everyone's opinions except if the word "Director" or "President" is in the your title. There is very little structure because they still act like a small business, with no communication about changes except way after-the-fact. Employees that ask for help, clarity, or support get told that this company may be "too fast-paced" with them. The other reviews here that say the pay comes on time and doesn't bounce? Don't count on it. They took away a few days due to a payroll change without making sure their employees understood this. They also twice changed the HSA option, forcing me to cancel medical treatment because I had no other way of paying for it.

Leadership seems to be stuck in a particular mindset and some people are allowed to get away with terrible behavior. I was belittled and berated in front of others on a few occasions and just don't feel as though they truly value diversity in their people or thought processes. I was not provided with an exit interview upon my departure which I know they gave to others. My experience here towards the end was awful and I wouldn't recommend anyone join this organization based on the treatment I received; it was unprofessional, mean-spirited and destructive.
