They treat you like a slave and drastically underpay all employees with the exception of their friends. The environment is extremely dirty and unhealthy to work in. They make up policies as they go along. Management lies to staff about financial incentives while they are filling their own pockets. Overworked, underpaid and toxic environment should be their mantra. Stop being so darn cheap and pay what your competitors offer.
