Pay, colleagues were nice and there were methods of growth but within this office I wasn’t interested. They get a lot done quickly
Cons
Disorganized and micromanaged. There are better options for this type of work and I think they don’t take students and their futures into account at the institute. They just want to get paid for them enrolling and I think it is over priced tuition
Management treats their employees as actually people, you are not treated as a number. The environment is a fun, fast paced and overall a great learning environment. I am encouraged to grow, and there is a great team dynamic.
Cons
There are no cons, and I don't think I will have any.
