      Pros

      Good benefits, Nice 401k match. Location is in a beautiful locale with lots of place to breathe and get away from the corporate politics.

      Cons

      Management failed the last three years. CEO is consumed with complete change that caused more than %50 of its employees to leave or forced out even upper management left.

      The company is very cost conscious and is in very price competitive markets that have cyclical good years and bad years and profitability is not consistent.
