      Initially It was a nice place to work, friendly and helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Management is poor, no proper agenda, not Employee centric. Does not encourage new ideas and creativity. Unethical practices and internal politics are high!

      They are able to give a headache. Sooo NO pros

      Soo I had some issues n tried to talk to that management guy who has no idea how to speak, this guy clearly told me "if you have issue you MUST LEAVE, I am not forcing you to stay " I LEFT 1. So they don't care about employees. 2. You can work here n will never receive your joining letter(employees are working for 2 months n still don't have any proof of employment)... (0 professionalism) 3. No Offer letter + no Joining letter = no proof of employment (but you need to sign really big papers(that can effect your career) )
