      This is a great company but CEO/Founder is going to implode the company.

      Pros

      Great products. Nice people to work with in all areas . CEO has good intentions just misguided.

      Cons

      CEO and Founder is trying to be VP of Sales, ER doctor and faculty position. He has no business background. His vision for the company is clouded because he is the founder. Trying to wear to many hats. Unrealistic workload on all his employees. No work life balance. Has company calls on the weekends and after hours. No insurance for spouses. Young sales force, unrealistic training schedule for new hires. Poor morale in the office.

      Remote work. Company meetings in Santa Monica. Interesting customer meetings with hospital leadership.

      Cons

      Poor sales management driven by an out of touch owner/CEO. Leadership has unrealistically high demands for sales staff. Expect micromanagement through Salesforce anylitics.
