Pros

The free products - bras and panties and some other products were great! The employee discount was good. It was nice being able to also have discounts at Chicos and White House Black Market.

Cons

The worse was that we were part of a sister store with Chicos, so in oreder to ensure everyone got their bonuses with customers, things had to be rang up as two seperate transactions. Chicos had a better bonus system. We went through SO many managers while I was there - an average of about one every couple of months - ridiculous. The POS system was a bit complicated to use at first. Even after a while, it became easier to navigate, but could have been more straight forward.

None that I can think off. 40% employee discount when you barely get 20 hours a week at minimum wage is not enough reason.

Standard 40% employee discount across multiple brands, encouragement for product knowledge, room for growth/promotion, women helping women atmosphere, easy merchandise to sell and add on

Cons

Offensively low pay for experienced retail workers, inefficient bonus structure, lack of training, no accountability, districts are so large that your DM can't do their job well no matter how hard they try, want you to beg local retailers/restaurants for free merchandise for events rather than budgeting for paid outs for events, obscenely high turnover, forced to pay airfare for training out of pocket
