Pros
a pro of this company are the people! there are some great people here, but they are few and far between. A lot of them are very odd and I couldn't believe they actually hired them. If you are lucky to have a few good people to work with, you can definitely develop. benefits are fine

Wow, where to start. -can't work from home -multiple reports of harassment (eventually dealt with) -outdated working environment -strict dresscode (do not wear denim! old school culture will not allow it!) -underpaid and overworked I'm not sure who wrote the positive ones, but man this place is backwards. working in a grey cubicle might be one of the hardest parts about this job, apart from the strict policies and non-progressive atmosphere. they wonder why they have turnover, but they do not invest in young people. they would rather rely on hiring new people every year or so and trick them that is a great place to work. this company will be done as soon as all the older heads retire. can't wait to be free!
