      Pros

      I am able to leave some day

      Cons

      Overwork their employees, severely underpay engineers compared to the average for the area. Training isn't so good either. Alot of learn on your own but it depends on your PM. Not alot of vacation time

      Sorry to hear this review. The company is competitive with regard to salaries and benefits, and a lot of effort is put forth in terms of training. Additionally, 17 days of PTO that begins accruing with the first day of employment is more than average. If there is a legitimate issue, it would be helpful to speak with someone who can help.

      Pros

      Provides great learning on some large and excellent projects. The office and co-workers provide great support to each other, which was unusual in my previous workplaces. Company provides excellent benefits (monetary) and now had options for hybrid work options, that provides great flexibility.

      Not as such that is not unique to any land development firm

      Pros

      The pay is decent but that's all.

      Cons

      Oh boy is this place run by an 80 year old and it shows. The offices are old, the people are also old and grumpy, the turn around rate is stupid high. The manager for the Lanham office is heartless and drives his corvette like he's the ceo. It's a wierd place to work. The people are wierd, the work is not consistent and from so many different projects loose ends. They potch and hire new people like It's water. So many better engineering companies, dont waste your time.
