Pros

Lots of tenure and domain knowledge. Exceptional people in the rank and file. Strong India operation.

Cons

All institutional knowledge was lost when entire C suite was replaced over just a few months. Sketchy and deceptive equity program. CEO claims to be "employee first, customer always," yet has hired a CTO who is destroying what little remains of the technology talent pool while everyone looks the other way. Recent dissolution of the software quality program and dismissal of one of the few remaining solid leaders at the company.

The current CTO’s leadership style appears misaligned with the organization’s previously collaborative and people-focused culture. Communication from leadership often feels top-down, with limited openness to feedback or differing perspectives. This has led to reduced morale within teams, as employees feel their voices are not always heard or valued. There is also a perceived lack of emphasis on people management teams would benefit from more empathetic leadership, clearer guidance, and active support for employee growth. Additionally, there seems to be an increasing reliance on third-party vendors without sufficient integration with internal teams, which has impacted collaboration and ownership. This shift has contributed to fragmentation and reduced accountability across projects. Overall, the workplace culture has become more strained, with concerns around respect, transparency, and alignment with organizational values.
