- Do not take advice of more seasoned employees with experiences in the industry for their respective areas. Giving engineers with higher level degrees menial technician tasks.
- Development and production plans are not followed when planned by working team - overruled by leadership when commitments made by them supersede other priorities.
- Safety for employees not taken seriously until brought up by several employees, some who were let go mysteriously soon after speaking up.
- Leadership cannot decide between development and production. Swinging back and forth between fulfilling customer orders with immature product and running testing on products.
