      Good company with interesting project the love employee

      Pros

      There are sorts of project that you will available to chose from. Treat employee who have some personal issue with great care and understanding Unlimited PTO if you have medical problem. This is a big company but owner and all CEO still trying to make sure that all employees understand situation in a company, way of growing that company choose, pretty friendly persons. Offer relocation for employees from the best country for living.

      Cons

      You might join project with not so interesting technologies Some local team members and team manager might be confusingly rude, impolite and have no idea about professional communication. But this is more personal team issues than overall company problem.

      A huge list of very qualified engineers who can help you to improve your skills In company courses, improving communication and work skills. Managers protect you out of all life turbulence and give you all that you need for your job. Company is open-company with all news, suggestions for improvement, etc. Funny team buildings with the best colleagues :)
