      Pros

      They have office in Bangalore, Hub of IT and Start ups, which gives you an opportunity to seek jobs in other better companies

      Cons

      1. No growth plan for the company and definitely no career growth plan for the employees 2. Work extends your normal office hours daily, Hard work by employees is never appreciated 3. Impossible to get leave, even on leave your are expected to be online and ready to complete any deadlines 4.No employee benefits like EPF, Insurance, earned leave encashment, medical benefits 5. If you are relocating to Bangalore they do not pay for your travel to the city, no stay is provided for the initial days

      Very interesting projects, large number of clients, lots of learning opportunities with potential to try new and exciting technologies. Very fast growth
