Pros

Fantastic team with very outgoing and easy to talk to people. Plenty of clarity into future improvements and business development. Making the right hiring moves and putting money into the right places as this business grows. Always listens to the photography community as well as clients and employees needs which improve the platform and experience. There is a wealth of knowledge on this team, which have positioned themselves for great success in 2019!!

Cons

Working remotely sometimes creates communication barriers, but these are usually very easily rectified.

We emphasize quality talent over where that talent is located. While that can cause challenges, we'll continue to improve our communication with remote employees. Thanks for the feedback!
